MAGNUM MIG 145 NO GAS WELDING MIGOMAT Kit The MAGNUM MIG 145 W j series is a pautomatic welding machine powered from a 230V single-phase mains with a maximum welding current of 120A. Designed for manual electric welding of steel with self-cored wire (FCAW Flux-Cored Arc Welding method). The FCAW method is arc welding with flux-cored (powder) wire. It is a welding method similar to the MIG/MAG method, except that the wire is internally filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding. FCAW welding combines the advantages of both covered electrode welding and MAG welding. The current source is built on IGBT transistors that ensure minimum electromagnetic interference, low power loss in the basic circuits, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the current source, lower power consumption and instantaneous current adjustment to changes in parameters during welding.
