OB3340CP LED Controller

OB3340 is a high-performance LED driver circuit with high power factor and constant current for LED lighting applications. It includes an analog multiplier for power factor correction (PFC), a zero current detector (ZCD) for TM mode operation, a feedback circuit for achieving constant LED current, a current sense comparator with built-in leading edge muting for safe operation during output shorting, and a totem pole output circuit ideally suited for controlling a power MOSFET transistor. The OB3340 offers comprehensive protection features, including system connection voltage lockout (UVLO), output shorting and interrupt protection, post-cycle current limiting, and a gate control output clamp for external protection of the power MOSFET transistor.Parameters:High precision constant output current.
