MMA COVERED ELECTRARD ER-150 4.0 P=5.0 kg ESAB MMA COVERED ELECTRARD ER-150 4.0 P=5.0 kg Medium covered electrode with rutile lagging with cellulose addition with very good welding properties. Allows welding with alternating current at a voltage of no-load welding machine even below 50 V (about 44 V). It is used for welding of steel structures exposed to to static and dynamic loads, made of steel with Rp0,2= 380 N/mm2; Rm up to 520 N/mm2. The electrode is recommended for assembly work. Welding current and polarity: direct (- or + on the electrode) or alternating. Typical alloy composition: C-0.09%; Mn-0.5%; Si-0.3%. Welding positions: PA, PB, PC, PD, PE, PF, PG.
