HIPS can be used as a base material for printing or as a support for other types of films. The accuracy and lighter weight of the print make it possible to use it in modeling, creating miniatures and costume parts. The dissolvability of this filament, on the other hand, allows it to be used as a support material for very complex prints and to be washed out later from the actual print.
