Secura ELSEC 5 kV electrical insulating gloves
ELSEC electrical insulating gloves are designed for use exclusively for electrical purposes as primary personal protective equipment for work with voltages up to 1 kV or as additional protective equipment at voltages higher than 1 kV. ELSEC electro-insulating protective gloves are designed for use exclusively for electrical purposes as primary personal protective equipment for work with voltages up to 1 kV or as additional protective equipment at voltages higher than 1 kV. ELSEC electrical protective gloves are five-finger gloves with anatomical shape, manufactured from high-quality natural rubber latex on an automated production line. Each glove has its own individual number and is electrically tested on a computer-controlled measuring station. A test certificate from the electrical tests is attached to each pair of gloves. The ergonomic shape and flexibility of the glove allows it to work freely with sweat pads and protective leather gloves. ELSEC protective electro-insulating gloves have, according to PN-EN 60903:2006 (EN 60903:2003 + AC2:2005) category RC and are characterized by increased resistance: R - resistant to acid, oil, ozone; C - resistant to extremely low temperatures. Category R combines the features of categories A, H and Z: A - resistant to acid H - resistant to the effects of oil Z - resistant to ozone ELSEC gloves have been tested for thermal arc effects in accordance with the requirements of the standards: 1/ PN-EN 61482-1-1: 2009 2/ ASTM F2675/F2575M - 13 1/ Class/Category, according to EN. 60903:2006 (EN 60903:2003 + AC2:2005) - 0/RC 2. maximum values of the glove use voltage - Alternating voltage [V], effective value - 1000 - DC voltage [V] - 1500 3. testing with alternating voltage - Test voltage [kV], effective value - 5 - Maximum leakage current [mA], rms value (product testing) - 12 - Withstand voltage[kV], rms value - 10 4 DC voltage tests - Test voltage[kV], rms value - 10 - Withstand voltage[kV], average value - 20 5.Length[mm] - 360 6.Maximum glove thickness, gloves A, H, Z and R categories may require a greater thickness, however, the increase thickness should not exceed 0.6mm - 1.0mm 7. average tensile strength of not less than - 16 MPa 8. average elongation at break not less than - 600% Cuffs - Straight
