PLC analog card

Analog PLC card - found in all models of machines manufactured by Eagle. Installed on the crosshead of the machine, designed to read the nozzle position control signal in the XY axis from the sensors of the centering module (000098294) and also to control the pressure in the optical system of the cutting head (pressure sensor 000080417) The EtherCAT Box has four analog inputs that can be individually parameterized to process signals in the range -10...+10 V or 0/4...20 mA. The input voltage or current is converted to digital form with a resolution of 16 bits transmitted (electrically isolated) to the master automation device. The four input channels have differential inputs and share a common internal ground potential. The input filter, and thus the conversion times, are configurable over a wide range. The inputs can be scaled in different ways as needed, and automatic limit monitoring is also available. EtherCAT is used for parameterization purposes. Parameters are stored in the module.
