PLC BOX card configurable

PLC BOX configurable card. Appears in all iNspire, eVision and eSmart machines manufactured by Eagle. Designed to operate electro valve (000043772) nozzle purge and cross distance sensor purge. Control of the magnetic sensor (000097182/000081840) for closing the head flap. EP2338-0001 EtherCAT Box has eight digital channels each of which can be used as input or output. It is not necessary to configure whether the channel (pin 4 of M8) is to be used as an input or output; the input circuit is permanently connected internally to the output controller, so that the set output is automatically displayed in the input process image. The inputs have a 10 µs filter. The outputs support load currents up to 0.5 A and are short-circuit proof and reverse polarity protected. The total current of all outputs is limited to 4 A. Connected sensors are powered by an internal short-circuit-proof driver module with a total of 0.5 A for all sensors. These inputs and outputs are powered by UP. Signal status is indicated by LEDs. The signals are connected via M8 connectors. Reads Z-axis limit positions (up/down) from a position sensor (000086183),installed with a bracket (000080443). Reads the boundary position , using the inductive sensor (000081808), Y-axis and X-axis, as well as reading the signal - crosshead on the position (000067343). Reads the position of the sheet position from the Cuteye sensor (000086610). Reads the signal from the valve(000043772) of pneumatic centering, dedicated to ANC 2nd generation.
