PRAKTIK MIG 200 PULSE LCD 230V Aluminum semi-automatic machine The TECNOMIG 200P PULSE is an inverter synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG Lift arc welding, and brazing of galvanized sheets. The device is designed for use in professional use. The device has three synergistic MIG/MAG welding modes: MIG, MIG PULS, MIG DOUBLE PULS. TECNOMIG 200P PULSE is used for welding aluminum and its alloys, stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, and brazing of galvanized sheets. Welding is carried out in a shield of inert gas, active gas or a mixture, depending on the program selected on the control panel. Set the parameters manually or select one of 52 synergic MIG/MAG programs for welding : AlMg, AlSi, Al99.5, CuSi3, CuAl9, 308LSi, 316LSi and FE. By using MIG pulsation, there is an increase in the amount of heat introduced into the welded part. It is possible to obtain a better weld, regardless of the welding position, and to reduce the amount of spatter. With both MIG and MIG PULS methods, we have the option to choose the button function in the handle between Spot (spot welding), 2-takt, S2-takt, 4-takt (button lock for long welds) and S4-takt operation. The welding parameter storage function (35 slots) makes it easy to work on different materials without having to readjust the device when changing gas and wire. ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVICE EURO 3M welding chuck 3-in-1 welder: MIG-MAG, MMA, TIG LIFT DC WELDING CURRENT 28-200 A Synergistic parameter control 52 programs !!! PULSE and Double PULSE function. Equipment prepared for welding aluminum Low weight and mobility of the device Spot welding Memory of welding parameters 35 records Possibility of welding without gas Synergy program for: aluminum, black steel, stainless steel, brazing, cored wires Possibility of manual settings Gas-free welding - FLUX Adjustable inductance less splatter Spot welding CUSI3 soldering Easy and smooth adjustment of welding parameters Clear LCD panel 2T and 4T function ARC FORCE function Robust metal 4 roll feeder Easy-to-read and easy-to-use LCD display allows accurate adjustment of MIG welding parameters such as : inductance adjustment current rise and fall adjustment (S2-takt, S4-takt) Start and end current adjustment Adjustment of burning in and reaching of the wire Pulse voltage adjustment (peak) Frequency and pulse cycle adjustment Adjustment of gas discharge time before and after welding adjustment of spot weld time (SPOT) and interval between successive welds (CSPOT) adjustment of frequency, cycle and pulse current in TIG LIFT Overload protection. IGBT - the welder uses modern transistors, a solution that ensures a minimum of electromagnetic interference low power losses in the basic circuits, allowing to increase the efficiency and reliability of the current source. FCAW - the possibility of welding with cored wire without the use of a gas cylinder. The wire itself (FLUX) is filled with a substance that produces gases during welding. Adjustable inductance - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding area. The sheet metal does not deform and the protective zinc layer is not damaged, useful in soldering. The welder also has functions to facilitate the process of MMA welding with covered electrode: MMA PULSE: Pulsation control enables higher weld quality and less weld spatter and dust by controlling the welding temperature and current density. ARC FORCE: short-circuit current control (manual) - facilitates the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the material being welded, preventing the arc from being extinguished when the electrode droplet comes into contact with the weld pool HOT START: hot start control (manual) - facilitates electrode ignition by providing more welding current each time the arc is struck. ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically shuts off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the material to be welded, which makes it easier to detach the electrode and prevents accidental welding arc. VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the idle state resting voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Provides electric shock safety when working in humid environments. Quick synergistic adjustment of welding parameters via LCD display makes the device very easy to use. Inductance control - allows to reduce the amount of heat in the welding area. The sheet metal does not deform and the protective layer of tin is not damaged, a feature used in soldering. Higher inductance (soft arc) results in a wider welding pool and fewer spatters . In contrast, lower inductance produces a stable, focused arc. BUTOSWELDING - MIG/MAG brazing has adopted a name formed from two different technologies. Brazing as a welding process, in which there is no melting of the parent material only of the solder, and MIG/ MAG welding technology, from which the preparation of the edges of the material as for welding and the method of melting the wire in an electric arc in an atmosphere of protective gases, fed automatically from a spool, were used. Brazing could, therefore, be called welding brazing. The protective gas used is usually pure argon In the welding process, evaporating zinc is the cause of porosity in the welds, as the high temperatures generated in this area destroy the protective layer, the joined parts lose their corrosion resistance. Mechanical removal of zinc before welding as well as reapplication in places where evaporation has occurred is a very expensive process. Filling cavities with zinc preparations ( paints) insufficiently protects the structure from corrosion. In addition, it should be noted that when welding galvanized sheets, there is a very high emission of zinc fumes that are harmful to health. These inconveniences can be avoided by using MIG/ MAG brazing technology. IGBT - modern transistors are used in the welder, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference low power losses in the basic circuits, allowing to increase the efficiency and reliability of the current source. Synergy - is a function of MIG/MAG welding machines, which allows automatic selection of welding parameters, choose the type of material to be welded, wire diameter, shielding gas and welding current or material thickness and the device automatically selects the appropriate welding parameters from these settings we can make slight adjustments 2T/4T - with two-touch, after pressing the start button the welding process occurs after releasing the button the welding process is stopped - with four-touch, after the first pressing and releasing the button the welding process occurs with the second pressing it is more convenient solution for longer welds. FCAW - the possibility of welding with cored wire without the use of a gas cylinder. The wire itself (FLUX) is filled with a substance that produces gases during welding. PULSE WELDING MODE (PULSE and DOUBLE PULSE). For MIG welding, two pulse welding modes are also possible - single pulse (PMIG) and double pulse (DUAL). Used for welding work of most materials available on the market (black steel, aluminum, "stainless", non-ferrous alloys). Using aluminum as an example, the connection to the work is similar to that for black steel. However, the important differences are other working parts in the chuck and feeder. To do this, first of all, it is necessary to replace the feeder roll with one that is properly adapted under aluminum (it usually has a marking with the symbol "U"). In the case of the welding chuck, replace the wire spiral (the long tube that shields the wire in the MIG chuck cable, color-coded according to the diameter of the wire) with a Teflon insert (photo below, red Teflon). In addition, after sliding the gas nozzle out of the holder pipe, replace the current tip there with one suitable for welding aluminum (usually marked "AL"). Place the appropriate spool of AlMg5 or AlSi5 wire in the feeder chamber and, as with the steel material, pull the wire through the feeder and the entire wire of the welding fixture.
