The material of the tool is HSSE high-speed steel with 5% cobalt content, which guarantees high blade stability and the possibility of efficient machining. Appropriately selected geometry and micro-geometry, together with the applied PVD TN2 coating, allows machining of carbon steels, low-alloy steels with Rm up to 1000 MPa, as well as stainless and acid-resistant steels. The two-layer coating consists of a TiAlN base, which is an ideal thermal barrier, and a top TiN layer that reduces friction.Tapping features:. Multilayer TN coating.
