Despite its small size, the machine is very stable and does not vibrate when cutting larger materials. Thanks to its compact design,light weight and built-in handle, the cutter is extremely mobile All major components such as the arm and vice base are made of strong cast iron. This eliminates vibration and springing of the material so that even greater cutting precision is achieved. Thanks to its small size and weight, the machine is ideal for mobile work. New version with built-in limit switch which is responsible for AUTOMATIC shutdown of the machine after finished cutting. Built-in spring with adjustable tension facilitates raising the arm and its smooth lowering during cutting. The vise is equipped with quick clamping. The top lever unlocks the quick clamping, push the vise against the material being cut then use the lever to lock the thread and crank the vise down. Both guides are equipped with guide bearings. This solution allows you to make precise cuts even in stainless steel. The set includes a cut length buffer. Thanks to it, when making serial cuts, we do not need to measure the length of the cut each time. Just move the profile / tube to the bumper and you will get exactly the same length as the previous cut. The base of the cutter is equipped with a removable chip tank. At the wall of the vise there is a removable chip tank. The arm lock makes it easy to change the cutting belt.
