Multifunctional, semi-synthetic, high-quality emulsifying concentrate designed for a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal machining operations. Very good anti-corrosion properties, high resistance to bacteria leading to extended coolant service life. Used for machining operations such as cutting, turning, milling, drilling, threading of medium and difficult-to-machine materials, as well as for grinding operations. Method of use: the emulsion is prepared by adding the concentrate to water in a thin stream, with continuous stirring. Dosage: Grinding 3-4% Coarse turning 3-5% Smooth turning 5-8% Band saw cutting 5-8% Finishing reaming 5-8% Threading 6-10% Shelf life: 36 months
