Ball bearing unit in a three-screw housing. It is used with Eagle production equipment and is part of the CraneMaster system. These three-screw flanged ball bearing units comply with Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). They consist of a self-aligning bearing with an extended inner ring and a locking set screw and are suitable for applications where the direction of rotation is fixed or variable. The bearing is mounted in a cast iron housing that can be bolted to a wall or machine frame. Ball bearing assemblies can compensate for moderate initial misalignment, but normally do not allow for axial misalignment. It is used on Eagle production equipment and is part of the CraneMaster system.
