Technical parameters The EXPERT MULTIMIG 200 TIG AC/DC is an inverter synergy semi-automatic welding machine, designed for arc welding with the following methods: MIG/MAG, MIG FLUX, TIG and TIG PULS with alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), and MMA welding with covered electrodes using direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC). The device has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to auto body repair. The EXPERT MULTIMIG 200 is used for brazing of galvanized sheet metal, welding of stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum . Welding is carried out under the cover of inert gas, active gas or mixture, and in reverse polarity without gas. TIG DC and TIG DC PULS function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steels, copper and titanium. TIG AC and TIG AC PULS function: allows welding of aluminum and its alloys and brass. By adjusting the parameters of TIG PULS pulse welding, we can influence the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulsed welding also reduces the amount of heat delivered to the material and is applicable when welding thin materials. Arc ignition occurs in either non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) mode. The LIFT function is used when welding in environments with a high risk of being affected by electromagnetic interference. With both the MIG/MAG method and non-contact TIG HF and touch TIG LIFT ignition, we have the option to choose the function of the button in the handle between 2-takt or 4-takt operation (button lock for long welds). Physical parameters The device has a fan-cooling system which definitely increases its efficiency. The fan-cooling system - activated only when needed - reduces contamination inside the device. The device is equipped with overload, over- and under-voltage protection, for operation with a generator (+/- 15%) which increases its reliability. Equipment Delivery includes the device with a 3-meter-long MIG 24 welding chuck, a 4-meter-long TIG 26 chuck, and a 3-meter-long electrode and ground wire.
