MIG welding machine MAGNUM 205L LUTOSPAWANIE+ZEST
. MIG 205 L by MAGNUM is a professional semi-automatic welding machine designed for welding low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel (MAG), alloy steels (MIG), aluminum and its alloys and for soldering!!! It also has the ability to weld with covered electrodes (rutile, basic, acid - MMA), as well as with self-shielding wires (welding "without gas"). The device is used in heavy production (industrial) conditions, as well as in repair shops. Thanks to its synergistic settings and easy-to-read LCD screen, the device is extremely easy to operate and can be used by welders with even minimal experience. It is designed to be powered from 230 V, 50 Hz mains. The MIG 205 L has a professional wire feeder, a "euro connector" socket, which allows the use of various types of welding grips and an outlet for a gas heater. This unit is equipped with an overload thermal protection system to prevent overheating. The MIG 205 L has brazing capability. This is a process of joining metals intermediate between brazing and welding. The connection is achieved only by melting a special binder-lute (copper-based binder SG-CuSi3, SG-CuSn6), without melting the metals to be joined, while the process technique and preparation of the edges of the objects to be joined are similar to welding. Today it is very common to use zinc electroplated sheets. In the welding process, evaporating zinc is the cause of porosity in the welds, as the high temperatures generated in this area destroy the protective layer, and the joined parts lose their corrosion resistance. Mechanical removal of zinc before welding, as well as reapplication from places where evaporation has occurred, is a very expensive process. On the other hand, replenishing cavities with preparations such as "zinc spray" insufficiently protects the structure from corrosion. In addition, when welding galvanized sheets, there is a very high emission of zinc fumes that are harmful to the health of welders. All these problems are avoided by using MIG/MAG brazing technology.. . . . The MIG 205 L has brazing capability. This is a process of joining metals intermediate between brazing and welding. Legalization until 2027Welding visor MAGNUM NOVA BLUEThe visor is made of the highest quality materials, perfectly protects against the harmful consequences of welding. It is available in four colors, so that each customer can match it to his individual needs and preferences. The automatic welding visor is equipped with a welding filter that has the ability to change the degree of darkness. The filter before welding is transparent, so the welder has the opportunity to observe the work area accurately. When the electric arc is established, the filter immediately darkens. When the arc expires the filter will become transparent again. The visor operator has the ability to change the darkness in the range of 5-13 DIN (depending on the model - see the data table). MAGNUM automatic welding visor provides complete protection against UV/IR (ultraviolet/infrared) radiation, even when the filter is brightened. The visor is powered by solar cells and replaceable batteries. The automatic welding visor is equipped with two or four photo-sensors (depending on the model). In addition, the visor is made of thermo-stable, wear-resistant polymer, into which welding spatters do not melt.5 kg of welding wire sg2/ 0.8 . . .
