METAL WELDING GOGGLES (GOGGLES) METAL WELDING GOGGLES (GOGGLES) Goggles are designed to protect the user's eyes and their surroundings from harmful radiation (ultraviolet as well as infrared), emitted especially during gas welding, soldering and metal cutting and grinding. The goggles also provide excellent eye protection against hot splinters of solid bodies as well as molten metal resulting from all kinds of welding work and more. The goggles have a metal construction, consist of a fixed frame of transparent glass, which completely shields the user's eyes and their immediate surroundings from lateral radiation and splatter impacts. The goggles are equipped with: - two glass filters fi 50 protective against radiation arising during welding with a degree of protection from 4 to 7 according to PN-EN 169:1996 - two protective transparent glass fi 50 according to PN-EN 166:1998 Welding goggles also meet the requirements of PN-EN 175:1999. The goggles' optical axis spacing is 68 mm. Both the transparent protective glasses and filters are interchangeable parts. - Dimensions of the filter- fi. 50mm.
