Analog PLC card .Appears in all machines manufactured by Eagle , iNspire, eVision and eSmart models. Designed to read the signal from the temperature sensors of the bottom glass(000056391) connected via the complete thermometer cable(000056412) and the temperature on the crosshead(000039298) EtherCAT Box with analog inputs allows direct connection of resistive sensors. The module circuit can support sensors using 2-, 3- or 4-wire connection techniques. Full temperature range linearization is realized using a microprocessor. The temperature range can be freely selected. The module can also be used for simple resistance measurements with output in ohms. The module's standard settings are: resolution of 0.1°C in the temp range of Pt100 sensors in a 2-wire connection. Sensor faults, such as broken wires, are indicated by error LEDs. The module is quite versatile, but the default values are chosen in such a way that in most cases it does not need to be configured. The input filter and associated conversion times can be set over a wide range; several data output formats can be selected. Inputs can be scaled in different ways if necessary. Automatic limit monitoring is also available. Parameterization is done via EtherCAT.
