Inverter MMA/TIG ARC 230A 80% WELDMAN Welder WeldmanARC 230 is designed for welding with rutile and basic electrodes up to 5 mm of various steels (low-carbon, low-alloy, stainless, etc.) and cast iron. The welderARC 230 has a digital display of welding current, equipped with a simple lamp system. LEDs on the front panel indicate that the power supply is connected (green LED) or that it is switched off due to overloading (red LED).During work, we will also certainly be useful for electronically controlled infinitely adjustable welding current and special equipment protection against overloading. The welder has functions to facilitate welding: -HOTSTART (hot start): increases the welding current at arc ignition to facilitate the ignition of the electrode -ARCFORCE (arc dynamics): shortens the arc length when increasing the welding current, optimizing the transfer of the molten electrode droplets to the welded material, preventing extinguishing of the arc when the electrode touches the welded material -ANTISTICK: limits the welding current by preventing the electrode from sticking to the welded material Inverter welder ARC 230 can weld using TIG method after connecting a gas valve holder. The welding arc is triggered by rubbing the tungsten electrode against the material to be welded (TIG Scratch). The small and lightweight design makes the ARC 230 inverter welding machine for welding with direct current (DC) coated electrodes suitable for repair work in workshop conditions as well as for work in the field.
