REMS 570135 Clamping plier V22Strong clamping pliers made of forged and properly hardened special steel. The clamping contours of the REMS pressing tongs are specific to each system and correspond to the contours of the individual pressing systems. This ensures seamless compatibility and secure crimping. The jaws of the pressing tongs have their contours precision-machined using a CNC machining center and machine-rounded precisely. This guarantees a much smaller tolerance factor than with cast-only contours.Drive with all REMS radial presses (except REMS Mini-Press ACC) and suitable radial presses from other manufacturers. All tongs marked with * are additionally equipped with a connector (Patent EP 1,223,008, Patent US 6,739,172) for attachment of the manual drive of the REMS Eco-Press radial press.Intermediate tongs are required to drive REMS clamping rings (PR).Markings for backchecking in accordance with EN 1775:2007The REMS crimping tongs with M, V, SA, B, RN and UP contours have a special marking made in the crimping contour, which leaves a permanent mark on the crimped fitting after the crimping process.
