Thread repair kit M10x1.0 V-COIL
M10x1.0 V-COIL thread repair kitDrilling: drill out the damaged thread with an ordinary twist drill. In the case of spark plug threads, it is not necessary to drill; in this case, a drill and notch tool is used. Note that larger holes are required when bending the thread. Check: check that the tapping tool and threaded pins are compatible in terms of thread and pitch.Threads: using a special V-COIL tapping tool, cut the thread in the drilled hole. The use of machining oil is recommended.Fixing the thread insert: place the insert on the tool, making sure that the take-up pivots are positioned in the groove holes, and then adjust with the setting ring. Screw the insert in line with the thread coil under light pressure. Do not rotate in the opposite direction to the screwing direction, as the tenon may break.Tenon breakage: after installation, remove the tool and remove the taking up tenon with a tenon breaker. For larger dimensions and with spark plug threads, the tenon is pulled out with pliers with tapered ends. The tight and precise tolerances and molding process after these operations produce a thread that is often better and stronger than the original thread. .Applications: reinforcement of threads from materials with limited shear strength, such as aluminum and magnesium alloys, use in machinery manufacturing, automotive, electrical, medical and aerospace industries, repair of damaged or worn threads, reuse of cull product.Set contents:1 MF10 x 1.0 tapping tool;1 10.3 mm twist drill bit;1 hand assembly tool with retaining ring No. 13;1 take-up breaker No. 13;15 thread inserts 1.5 x DDelivery in plastic case.
