STILER RM 18 chipping machine

The RM-18 gouging machine (grooving machine) is designed for manual forming of mild steel sheets up to 18ga (1.21 mm) thickness. Working depth of the processed sheet: 490 MM The design of the gouging machine based on cast iron and steel materials allows to minimize the deformation of the formed material. Universal design allows us to make any set of dies. All moving parts have been equipped with lubrication calipers. Regular lubrication of the machine increases its efficiency and reliability of the gouging machine. Example gouging and technical drawing can be found in the product gallery.
