STILER 30 kW plastic mill The machine has been designed to shred soft and hard plastics, but it also perfectly handles cardboard, paper and wood therefore it is indispensable in any recycling plant. There are 24 cutting knives on the cutting shaft, cooperating with two fixed knives located on the cutting chamber cover. Thanks to the opening cutting chamber, replacement and maintenance of the cutting knives and screens is very easy. In addition, the cutting knives can be repeatedly sharpened and reused. Before shredding, the fraction of the material thrown in should have the appropriate size (the fraction depends on the type of material). The dimensions of the cutting chamber are 800 mm wide and 660 mm long. A 12 mm screen has been placed in the lower flap. For an additional fee, we also offer screens with other hole sizes. The crusher crushes such materials as: plastic bottles wooden boards plastic materials (soles, belts, extrusions, foil) materials with low metal content (cables, electronic circuit boards) material, paper, cardboard boxes rubber materials The machine operates at 560 rpm. Thanks to which it does not melt the material. The large 30 kW motor and massive flywheel will stand up to even the toughest plastics The machine reaches a capacity of up to 1200 kg/h. The hopper is opened with an additional electric motor. Removable waste drawer will allow quick and easy emptying of the hopper The drawer is equipped with 4 wheels. Easy access to the cutting chamber facilitates maintenance and inspection operations of the machine. The top cover is equipped with two actuators for easy opening and closing. The machine is equipped with a main switch, an emergency switch, and an easy-to-read control panel. All safety features meet stringent EU standards.The crushers are CE certified. Each flap has a limit switch to prevent the mill from being inclusive during maintenance operations.
