20L coolant concentrate
I present to you Popular Concentrate for machining among others it is used in cooling systems of band saw machines, lathes, drills, etc. Concentrate is diluted 1:15 From 20 liters of concentrate we get as much as 300 liters of coolant !!! Physical and Chemical Parameters Concentrate Color and LOOK: brown, liquid Density at 20°C TEMPERATURE: 1.0 g/cm3 MINERAL OIL CONTENT: 35 % KINEMATIC VISCITY AT 40°C: 105 mm2/s 2.5% emulsion in water of 15°N hardness Color: colorless to white OFFSITE: homogeneous liquid, opalescent microemulsion PH: 9.3 CORROSION PROTECTION CAPACITY: F0 Foaming TENDENCY: none Metal machining oil is made with highly refined mineral oil, ionic and non-ionic emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and other refining agents. Emulgol oil does not contain: nitrites, chlorine, heavy metals and phenols. Emulgol is a concentrated machining oil for preparing emulsions for machining and metal forming. It does not cause the formation of nitrosamines. It is made on the basis of highly refined mineral oils. It does not contain chlorine compounds, secondary amines, boron compounds or sodium nitrite. Application The Emulgol oil in the form of an aqueous cooling and lubricating emulsion is used in machining of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals and their alloys. The recommended working concentrations of Emulgol-based emulsion (prepared on water with a general hardness of up to 15°N ) depending on the type of machining and the material being machined: - grinding 3÷5%, - turning, milling, drilling, reaming 5÷10%, - threading - 10÷15%. The coolant is a concentrate of cooling and lubricating liquids intended for a number of machining processes (sheet rolling, drawing, other forming processes and machining) and a wide range of metals (cast iron, steels including hard-to-cut steels, as well as non-ferrous metals). The concentration for a given application is selected by trial. As a rule, a concentration below 3.5% is not recommended. As a rule, a concentration of 4÷5% is used for most types of machining. Increasing the concentration of the emulsion increases the smoothness of the machined surface and the effectiveness of corrosion protection, and can reduce friction in metal forming and increase the life of machining tools. Emulsions with concentrations of 2% and above are used in the stamping process (a concentration of 2% is sufficient for stamping sheet metal, for example). Emulsions are made by pouring the concentrate in a thin stream into cool or lukewarm water with a general hardness of up to 20°n while stirring continuously (as a rule, it is sufficient to pour the concentrate in a thin stream while circulating the water in the machine; preferably at the inlet of the circulation pump). Do not make concentrated solutions of the concentrate - with a concentration of more than 20%. It is possible to make emulsions with injectors. Control the concentration with a refractometer. The refractive index is about 1.05. Properties preventing the accumulation of contaminants in the emulsion) more than one year of use without replacement is possible. Benefits of using the oil: - beneficial for the smoothness of the machined surface - protection of tools from wear - removes chips - causes a reduction in friction resistance .
