The control panel is equipped with a display that indicates the preset bending angle and the current pipe bending angle. The machine can be controlled manually or automatically. Manual mode: In manual mode, it is the operator who decides how much the pipe is to be bent. Manual bending is done using the control panel. The hydraulic pressure is also adjusted manually from the control panel. Automatic mode: In automatic mode, the operator first sets the desired bending angle and then presses the foot switch. The machine then automatically presses the hoof and bends the pipe. The bending machine is equipped with two motors. 5.5 kW to rotate the gearbox with the die 1.5 kW to operate the hydraulic pressure pump Easy access to the hydraulic oil tank makes operation of the machine very simple and fast. Automatic control is carried out by foot control. Manual control is carried out from the control panel. Hoof pressure is carried out by a hydraulic pump. In automatic mode, the machine itself presses the hoof to the appropriate distance. The pressing distance depends on the diameter of the pipe.
