High-end hydraulic actuator allows stepless adjustment of the speed of the arm descent and its stopping at any time. A new generation limit switch shuts down the machine after each finished cycle. Cooling is routed directly to the belt which increases the efficiency of cooling the saw and the material. Thanks to the collection sump, the coolant is returned back to the tank, so there is very little fluid loss. The tank is located in the base of the machine. The cleaning brush extends the life of the belt. Thanks to the effective chip removal, there are no micro cracks on the belt. The machine comes with a work table for self-assembly with a vertical arm tilt. This solution allows us to cut wood and metal vertically as in vertical saws. The arm made of profiled spheroidal cast iron provides rigidity during operation and absorbs all kinds of vibrations. The construction as well as the use of a cutting belt with a width of 20 mm, makes it possible to fully perform multi-series cutting of both profiles and full details. The design of the arm has been so modified that the horizontal cutter can turn into a vertical cutter with a table in a moment. This is applicable not only for metal cutting but also can be used as a vertical cutter-jigsaw for carpentry work, cutting aluminum, wood, etc. The material to be cut can be fed manually or by any mechanical device. On the other hand, the feed of the tool is done automatically. The rate of descent of the arm is regulated by a hydraulic actuator.The appropriate speed of descent of the arm is obtained through a valve regulating the flow of oil between the chambers of the actuator. The desired linear speed of the belt is obtained by changing the ratio on the pulleys between the worm gear and the drive motor. In the base there is a coolant tank with an electropump. Belt guides are equipped with a cooling system that feeds coolant to the belt and the cut piece. The cutting angle is set by a rotary vise in the range from 0 - 45*. On the back of the vise we have an angle scale. In the lower position of the arm ( after cutting the material) the cutting belt drive is automatically switched off through a new generation limit switch. Safety during the cutting process is ensured by an electrical system that meets all CE requirements. The machine has a limit switch stopping the machine when the cutting process is over, an emergency switch so-called "safety mushroom", a number of micro-switches turning off the machine when, for example: we open the cover of the belt transmission or the cover of the cutting belt. Additionally, our machine model, unlike the competition, is equipped with a wire brush cleaning the cutting belt from chips - this prevents clogging of the blade and gives more efficient cutting.
