STILER P-300 pelletizer

Powerful pelletizer STILER P-300 manufactured in Poland boasts high power and efficiency. The machine is used to produce pellets from various shredded shavings and sawdust: sawdust of coniferous trees , oilcake, ground rapeseed straw, dried fruits, dry compost and mycelium, etc. Specification: Pelletizers / Granulators - are devices for pressure granulation of bulk materials. Under the influence of external forces or in combination with steam possibly other components, the crushed material undergoes constant compaction and consolidation into a compact geometric form. These machines produce pellets (so-called pellets) with a diameter of several to several mm. Pellets are an environmentally friendly fuel material perfectly suited for widespread combustion in central heating boilers, preferably with feeders. Nowadays, more and more recipients of pellets are also CHP plants. In our mills we install our own control made on components of the brand Telemecanique-Schneider. The body is available in two colors: orange and green. Material for pelleting must be dried. The maximum moisture content can be 18%. The diameter of the material must not exceed 3 mm. The very high capacity of the machine is suitable for both home and small business use. Machine manufactured in POLAND! Powerful 7.5 kW motor ensures high efficiency and longevity of the machine. Machine is equipped with a 6mm rotary die which produces pellets with a diameter of 6mm. The rotary pressure rollers press the material and push it into the die.
