Cutting disc, rotor BX42

We present to you a new massive, reliable, 4-knife cutting disc (rotor) used in STILER models BX 42 / BX 42 R. Size of obtained chipping 20-60 mm., Large weight (43 kg) makes the disc act as a flywheel, which makes it easier to shred material without unnecessary strain on the engine. This translates into both the efficiency of the chipper and the life of the tractor. Two-sided sharpened blades extend their life and service life. Sharpen the blades only on a surface grinder. The universal milled shaft with a diameter of 40 mm fits almost every power take-off (PTO) shaft available on the market. By tilting the blade away from the disc, we obtain a chipping size of 20 mm - 60 mm. Rear blades ensure effective ejection of the chipped material into the chipper's ejection hopper.
