The new model uses a more powerful three-phase motor equipped with additional protection, a new generation maintenance-free hydraulic cylinder, liquid cooling in a closed system with a large drain pan. Additionally, the guideways have been equipped with sintered carbide which translates into greater accuracy in serial cutting. Main advantages of the machine are: rotary arm up to 60º, new generation hydraulic actuator, more powerful 1.1 kW motor, more efficient cooling system.The machine is equipped with a tension spring, quick vise pressure and a bumper for the length of the material being cut. Bearing guides ensure secure and even guidance of the belt in the material being cut. In addition, there are mounted at the bearings, carbides which improve accuracy in serial cutting. A big plus is the cooling of the cutting belt located directly on the guide. The control panel makes it easy to operate the machine. The machine has 2 working speeds which can be easily and quickly changed on the panel. The hydraulic cylinder allows you to precisely set the speed of the arm descent. Strongest vise base The original BS260G cutting machine has a rigid vise base with additional closed profiles to strengthen the whole structure. Thanks to the use of thicker sheet metal and additional reinforcement in the form of a class A closed profile, the BS 260G model, available ONLY AT STILER, has the strongest vise base so that any vibration occurring during the cutting process has been reduced to a minimum, even when cutting large, solid workpieces. The design as well as the use of a 27 mm wide cutting belt, makes it fully possible to perform multi-batch cutting of both profiles and full details. The belt guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings. This has a huge impact on the guidance of the tape, its life, straightness, accuracy and quality of cutting. Carbide guidance reduces to a very large extent the wear and tear of the machine and the blade itself !!! Cutting speed is regulated by a hydraulic actuator. The machine is equipped with a tension spring and a fast vise pressure. The feed speed is regulated on the control panel of the cutting machine. There is a choice of two cutting belt speeds of 36 and 72 m/min. In the lower position of the arm ( after the material has been cut), the cutting belt drive and cooling system is switched off automatically. Safety will be ensured by cutting belt guards and micro switches that stop engine operation when the cutting cycle is completed or when any of the guards are opened, an additional safety feature is the automatic shutdown of the cutting machine in case the cutting belt breaks. The motor is equipped with new generation thermal fuses. The base is built as a rigid body welded from steel sheets. Inside, there is a separate coolant tank with an electric pump and a large drainage basin. The design of the upper part of the base provides a basin for draining coolant and catching chips generated during material cutting. A cast-iron work table with a rotating arm and a control panel on a separate pedestal is attached to the base. In the cutting process, the main cutting motion is the movement of the cutting belt and the feed of the arm descending. The speed of the arm descending (cutting speed) is regulated by a hydraulic actuator. The drive from the motor to the belt drive wheel is transferred by a maintenance-free worm gear. The set includes a bumper of the cut material, a roller feeding the material to be cut, an operating manual EN and a set of tools.
