Belt grinder STILER PRS-76C Massive, multifunctional belt grinder STILER PRS-76C, thanks to its double-sided design, combines the functions of two devices: a regular belt grinder and a grinder, used for grinding pipes under penetration connections. The machine is equipped with an adjustable desktop with a movable vice, thanks to which it will be possible to grind the end of the pipe precisely at the desired angle and depth. One of the main advantages of the grinder is the use of a special die-cutting subassembly, thanks to which we will obtain pipe ends perfectly matching the penetration connections. Thanks to the use of a desktop with a movable vise and interchangeable shafts, it is possible to adjust the punching parameters to your needs. The vise with a mounted scale can be turned at any angle from 90° to 30°. The desktop is equipped with a lever that moves the vise with the material towards the abrasive belt, which allows precise control of the grinding depth. Thanks to the vise lock and the material buffer, it is possible to achieve repeatable punching. When the top flap is opened, you gain access to a section of the abrasive belt on which you can grind flat surfaces. The grinder also has a subassembly that allows you to grind material on the abrasive belt located at the rear of the machine. Additionally, under the subassemblies at the front and rear, there are swarf tanks that are equipped with a swarf extraction connection. On the control panel are located: On/Off switch Emergency switch Belt speed switch - selectable 15m/s or 30m/s Switch for the direction of rotation of the belt grinding the material. Simple and fast belt tension is provided by a crank mounted on the body of the grinder. The star knob located at the crank allows you to center the belt on the roller and rubber wheel.
