The chipper with a three-point suspension system is designed to work with an agricultural tractor with a minimum power of 50km. It has a hopper equipped with a hydraulic self-picking mechanism, consisting of two feeding rollers pulling the material into the chipper's cutting chamber, driven by high-power hydraulic motors. The material-picking mechanism has a smooth 10-stage picking speed controller, a material dispensing function and an emergency stop. The drive of the hydraulic system is powered by a pump mounted in the chipper. The drive is transmitted by a power transmission shaft from the tractor's shaft. The chipped material is ejected through a pipe rotated 360° with respect to the base of the chipper. The massive chipper cutting disc is equipped with 4 double-sided sharpened knives + one counter-knife mounted in the base of the chipper. Additionally, the chipper disc is equipped with breakers (shovels) that shred the obtained chipped wood to the value of 20-60 mm. The stiler bx 72r chipper is equipped with a massive cutting disc with a diameter of 750 mm and a thickness of 27 mm, the weight of the disc is 84 kg. Thanks to this, in contrast to drum chippers, roller chippers - disc chippers do not put much load on the engine, because the cutting resistance is overcome by the rotary force of the cutting disc. The chipper also has a locking bolt for the disc, which makes it easier to replace the blades. It is equipped with a safety pin, which is cut if the machine is overloaded and disconnects our direct drive. The chipper is equipped with disc ventilation. It has a lock for continuous operation, feed mode, neutral mode and withdrawal of material from the throat. All bearings, which are protected against the entry of dust, woodchip, etc., are lubricated through easily accessible calamites. Below is a photo of the chipper in the transport position - thanks to the folding hopper, it is possible to quickly and easily change the dimensions, which will save space during transport.
