Genuine semi-automatic band saw machine STILER MIT 400H NEW POWERFUL MODEL. PROFESSIONAL, VERY POWERFUL AND EFFICIENT Widely used in locksmith, manufacturing, handicraft shops. The new model uses a semi-automatic hydraulic cylinder, which provides automatic lifting of the saw arm after finishing cutting with adjustable stroke height. More powerful three-phase motor equipped with additional safety features, closed-circuit liquid cooling with a large drain pan. Machines are manufactured in Ukraine. Its precision and robustness puts it at the forefront of band saws with the ability to cut at any angle up to 60º. Additionally, the guides have been equipped with carbide, which translates into greater accuracy in serial cuts. Main advantages of the machine are: a rotary arm up to 60º, a new generation hydraulic cylinder, a more powerful motor 2,2 kW 400V, a more efficient cooling system. The machine is equipped with a sliding vise with quick clamping which makes the replacement of the cut workpiece really efficient. Bearing guides provide secure and even guidance of the tape in the cut material. In addition, at the bearings are mounted, carbides which improve the accuracy in serial cuts. A big plus is the cooling of the cutting belt located directly on the guide. The machine has been equipped with a belt cleaning brush, which translates into blade life and cutting quality. Hydraulic cylinder with stepless adjustment of the arm descent, facilitates more accurate adjustment of the speed to the material being cut. Specifications: The main advantage of the machine is the automatic system of lifting the arm from the control panel. It facilitates and speeds up the work without the need for an additional employee. The massive, stable and refined structure and the arm made of massive welded steel sheets provides the machine with very high rigidity and stability when cutting, which ensures precision cutting and long trouble-free operation. The construction as well as the use of a cutting belt with a width of 34 mm, makes it fully possible to perform multi-series cutting of both profiles and full details. The belt guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings. This has a huge impact on the belt guidance, its life, straightness, accuracy and quality of cutting. The MIT Belt Cutter is equipped with a modern material clamping system with quick locking. The cutting speed is adjusted by a hydraulic cylinder. The machine is equipped with a powerful cooling pump (CE) with a large tank, and a comfortable handle for belt tension. The feed speed is adjusted on the control panel of the cutter. There is a choice of two cutting belt speeds of 35 and 74 m/min. In the lower position of the arm ( after the material has been cut), the cutting belt drive and cooling system is switched off automatically. Safety will be ensured by the cutting belt guards and micro switches that stop the engine when the cutting cycle is completed or when any of the guards are opened, an additional safety feature is the automatic shutdown of the cutter in case the cutting belt breaks. The motor is equipped with new generation thermal fuses. The base is built as a rigid body welded from steel sheets. Inside is a separate coolant reservoir with an electric pump and a large drainage basin. The design of the upper part of the base provides a basin for draining coolant and catching chips generated during material cutting. A STEEL work table with a rotating arm and a control panel on a separate pedestal is attached to the base. In the cutting process, the main cutting motion is the movement of the cutting belt and the feed of the arm descent. The speed of the arm descent (cutting speed) is regulated by a hydraulic actuator. The drive from the motor to the belt drive wheel is transmitted by a maintenance-free worm and belt transmission. The control panel is designed for the control of the machine. The control panel is equipped with a power button, an emergency stop switch, a button for automatic arm raising, a belt cooling switch and a knob for stepless change of arm descent speed.
