Powerful brushless motor 7.5 kW with 400V power supply, can easily cope with shredding branches up to 12 cm in diameter. The chipper is equipped with a standard 400V plug for 5 pins. Four knives sharpened on both sides provide very high efficiency and life of the machine. The blades are made of hard HARDOX type 500 tool steel. The machine has a counter blade, mounted in the cutting chamber housing. The back of the blade is equipped with breakers and ejection shovels for more efficient ejection of chips from the machine. The lubrication of the roller bearings is carried out through calamites in the bearing housing. Drive is transmitted by 3 V-belts. Belt tension is regulated by a motor. Large wheels make it easy to move the machine over paved surfaces. The front wheels are equipped with brakes to prevent the machine from moving during operation. The hopper is equipped with an emergency safety lever which is connected to the control box. When it is pressed by hand or other part of the body, it disconnects the power supply to the engine. In the body there is a blade lock for easy replacement of blades. The 360° rotary ejection allows you to direct the stream of chips in any direction.
