It can also be used to shred other materials such as plastic, etc. The cutting mechanism is a rotary drum with 2 cutting knives, it is driven by a 4-stroke BRIGGS & STARTTON internal combustion engine with a capacity of 208 cm3 and power of 6.5 km, by means of two parallel running drive belts. The woodchips are ejected through the ejection chimney thanks to the centrifugal force generated by the drum.
