The machine is designed to shred branches up to 16 cm in diameter(up to 30 cm with offshoots) The minimum required tractor power is 20 horsepower. The drive is transmitted through the PTO power take-off shaft (included in the set). The disc has 2 cutting knives and one counter-knife. The knives are made of tool steel, which ensures long life and durability. The easy access to the knives makes replacement effortless and fast. Mechanically driven feed roller. It makes it easier for the machine to shred spreading branches. The machine itself pulls the material onto the disc. The ejection funnel has an adjustable rotation of up to 360°. Thanks to this you can easily direct the stream of chips in any direction. Universality of the machine is also added by adjustable legs thanks to which the machine fits almost all tractors available on the market. The chipper is equipped with a 3-point suspension system (TUZ). That is, the standard found in all tractors available on the market. The chipped wood has a dimension of 20 - 30 mm. Characteristics: It uses high-quality knives, which can be replaced from the side of the machine by one person in just 10 minutes, thanks to easy access panels. The durability of our machines is evidenced by the use of solidly made steel sheet. The chipper is equipped with a pulling shaft with teeth made of high-carbon steel. The advantage of this type of shaft is that it aggressively grasps any branch up to 16cm thick with or without leaves. The chipper has THREE heavy-duty bearings on which the main shaft is mounted, as well as reinforced, wide, driving V-belts. Adjustable legs allow the chipper to be connected to a wider range of tractors. This innovation makes it easier to achieve the recommended power take-off angle (less than 15 degrees) on larger tractors. The top handle is used to manually assist the retrieval of extremely thick branches. The bottom safety handle cuts off the shaft drive. The transparent vinyl partition protects the user from scattered shavings, allowing the user to see what is happening in the hopper.
