Briquetting machine BrikStar Ek
The STILER BRICKSTAR EK Briquetting Press is designed for the production of fuel briquettes. The press is a new, small, low-cost press with low energy consumption. It is suitable for small carpentry shops, working in one shift, and is designed to be filled manually with material. Specifications: The optimum moisture content of the pressed material is 8 to 12%. The press is operated with just one button. When the hopper is emptied of material, the programmed control system ensures that the press is turned off. The unique stepped design of the bottom of the hopper ensures optimal feeding of material into the press chamber feeder chute from two sides and its emptying. The square hopper has a mechanically driven five-arm scraper with adjustable reach. The press chamber has a cylindrical shape and is closed on one side by a fixed baffle. The capacity of the press depends on the bulk weight of the material. Briquettes from the pressing chamber fall out into a substituted package. The briquette is a block of compressed bulk material. As a fuel material, it is made of combustible components (illustration above) compressed under pressure. Briquettes are used, among other things, as a fuel material or as a flammable agent (e.g. kindling). Recently, briquettes made from all kinds of agricultural production waste are becoming increasingly popular. This allows the production of cheap and more environmentally friendly energy, which contributes to the reduction of toxic emissions into the environment. Size of material less than 15 mm, in the case of blade waste 30 mm, in the case of shredded materials 10 mm in the form of sawdust. Briquettes are normally cylindrical in shape with a cross-section of 55 or 65 mm, length 30 to 70 mm 15 - 18 MJ/kg. They can be burned in all types of stoves, boilers and incinerators for burning solid fuels. Gasifying boilers make better use of their high calorific value. The briquette does not contain any binding compounds, and the form of the briquette is obtained solely by the pressure generated in the cylindrical die, both through the resistance of the material and through the increased temperature of the pressing unit. Thanks to the design solutions used, the briquetting machine is able to press materials that are difficult to process, such as mdf dust, etc. The briquette has a cylindrical shape with a cross section of 55 or 65 mm, and a length of 30 to 70 mm. The large hopper allows us to get a large amount of pressed briquette without the need to constantly refill the material.
