There are 9 cutting knives on the cutting shaft, cooperating with two fixed knives located on the cutting chamber cover. Thanks to the opening cutting chamber, replacement and maintenance of the cutting knives and screens is very easy. In addition, the cutting knives can be repeatedly sharpened and reused.
