Sawdust, shavings and wood dust, shredded energy crops, straw, hay, shavings, shredded paper, cigarette thimbles, polyurethane and others. All materials can also be in the form of dust. Suitable moisture content is 8% to 15%, in some types only 11%. Size of material less than 15 mm, in the case of straw waste 30 mm, in the case of shredded materials 10 mm in the form of sawdust. Briquettes are normally cylindrical in shape with a cross-section of 55 or 65 mm, length of 30 to 70 mm, calorific value of 15 - 18 MJ/kg. They can be burned in all types of furnaces, boilers and incinerators for burning solid fuels. In gasifying boilers, their high calorific value is better utilized. The briquette does not contain any binding compounds, and the form of the briquette is obtained solely through the pressure generated in the cylindrical die, both through the resistance of the material and through the increased temperature of the pressing unit. The BRIKSTAR30 briquetting machine is equipped with a minimum material level sensor, which controls the automatic switching on and off of the machine and thus prevents unnecessary operation of the machine. The machine has a simple user interface, also in Polish. The machine comes with elbows, so that the machine can be connected to the bag stand system. It is possible to buy stands for the machine, thanks to which the briquette will automatically go from the machine to the bags. There is a choice of racks: mechanical unpowered for 6 bags and rotary for 6 and 10 bags, also in the version with a scale. The machine is standard equipped with a hopper with a capacity of 1m³ There is also the possibility of equipping the machine with a hopper with a capacity of 2m³ and 3m³ The machine can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic oil cooling system, so that it can operate without stopping.
