Under the influence of external forces or in combination with steam possibly other components, the crushed material undergoes constant compaction and consolidation into a compact geometric form. These machines produce pellets (so-called pellets) with a diameter of several to several mm. Pellets are an environmentally friendly fuel material perfectly suited for widespread combustion in central heating boilers, preferably with feeders. Currently, more and more customers of pellets are also CHP plants. Pellet material must be dried. The maximum moisture content can be 18%. The diameter of the material must not exceed 3mm. The machine is equipped with a 6mm rotary die, thanks to which we get pellets with a diameter of 6mm. The rotary pressure rollers press the material and push it into the die. An additional guard on the inlet protects against the throwing in of larger and unwanted objects. A 3.0 kW electric motor, powered by 230V, ensures optimum operation of the pelletizer, so it is possible to achieve a capacity of up to 100 kg/h.
