The PAPR respiratory protection system, combined with ESAB's welding visor, offers effective protection against harmful dusts and gases found in arc welding, electric air gouging and grinding. Powered by a powerful rechargeable battery, the unit has a digital, infinitely variable airflow adjustment of 170-220 l/min, depending on the working conditions and application. The air flow rate is at a constant level, regardless of the battery charge, and the correct flow rate is confirmed by an LED indicator on the device's control panel. In addition, the device is equipped with an acoustic and visual alarm to warn of an obstructed filter or low battery charge, further enhancing operational safety.
