FAN7371 High Current High Voltage Circuit.
. . . . FAN7371 is a monolithic gate-side high-voltage control circuit that can control high-speed MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +600V. It has an output stage buffer with all NMOS transistors designed for high pulse current capability and minimal cross conduction.Advanced level shifting circuitry allows the gate driver to operate on the high voltage side up to V_S = -9.8V (typical) for V_BS = 15V.The UVLO circuit prevents malfunctions when V_BS is lower than the specified threshold voltage. The high current and low voltage drop of the output make this circuit suitable for controlling the switches of the backup and recovery circuit in the application of plasma display panel, motor drive inverter, switching power supply, and high-power DC-DC converter. The UVLO circuit is also suitable for the control of the power supply and recovery circuit switches in the application of plasma display panel, motor drive inverter, switching power supply, and high-power DC-DC converter. Floating Channel for Bootstrap Operations up to +600V. Source/release current capability. 4A/4A common dv/dt noise suppression circuit. Compatible with input logic. 3.3V and 5V Output in phase with input signalVoltage lock below V BS. Charge stabilizer 25V on V DD and V BS. SOP-8 package. Applications:Speed gate driver. Sustain switch controller in PDP application Sustain switch controller in PDP application. Sustain recovery circuit switch driver in PDP application. High voltage buck converter. Motor drive controller . . V_DD - Supply voltage. IN - Logical Input for Output of Gate Controller on High Voltage Side. NC - No Connection. GND - Ground. NC - No Connection.
