MOST XTW-1500 / XTW-2000 laser welders have found wide application in joining materials up to 6 mm thick. With the laser (also with the use of wire) it is possible to join materials of different types and shapes. The resulting welds are hardly visible, aesthetic and durable, and deformations are negligible. After the welding process, most often no machining is required. Currently, laser technology in welding is widely used in a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, aviation, power generation, sanitary equipment manufacturing, die manufacturing and remanufacturing, food processing. Laser welding is among the most modern welding methods, competing with advanced welding processes, including electron welding. The welding process is characterized by very high efficiency and the possibility of joining the most diverse shapes in all welding positions by increasing the efficiency of production processes. Advantages of laser welding: narrow weld, narrow heat affected zone, high process speed, does not require a binder (can be used), high precision, high purity of the process, high power density, minimal deformation, the possibility of joining materials difficult to weld.
