ESAB OK Autrod 12.51 is a copper-plated solid electrode wire with manganese and silicon additives for MIG/MAG welding. Copper-plated solid electrode wire with manganese and silicon additives, designed for MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding of unalloyed steels such as general structural steels, pressure vessel steels and marine steels, as well as for welding of fine-grained carbon-manganese steels of the same purpose with a minimum yield strength of less than 420 MPa. When welding with OK Autrod 12.51 electrode wire, a mixture of Ar/20CO2 or pure CO2 can be used as shielding gas.
