Art. 12l. Article 12m. (1) It shall be prohibited to sell beverages with added caffeine or taurine: . 1) to persons under 18 years of age;. 2) on the premises of educational system units referred to in Article 2 of the Law of December 14, 2016. - Education Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 900); 2) on the premises of educational system units referred to in Article 2 of the Law of December 14, 2016; 3) in vending machines. 3) in vending machines;. 2. (1) Adjudication in cases of the acts referred to in Article 18a shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 24, 2001. - Code of proceedings in misdemeanor cases (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1124). 2. 2.
