These bags act as filters that trap dust particles, leaving purified air for further distribution on the production floor. The inner walls of the bags provide a place where lighter dust particles that have not fallen to the bottom under the influence of gravity are deposited.The operation of the RAFA Mini Filter is extremely effective and is based on several stages:Polluted air, containing dust emitted by process machinery, is drawn in by a fan.It passes through a deflector that disperses the air stream, allowing larger dust particles to fall into a special container.Larger dust particles fall into a container located at the bottom of the dust collector.The remaining air passes through filter bags, where lighter dust particles are deposited on their inner walls.Cleaned air is directed back to the production floor.To maintain the effectiveness of the filter bags, this system is equipped with a shaking mechanism. The simple mechanism of shaking the bags is activated by a shaker motor. This shaking helps to detach the accumulated conglomerates of the filtration product from the surface of the bags, and the bags fall into dedicated containers. Cleaning the bags is recommended at least once per shift (every 8 hours of dust collector operation) to ensure their effectiveness. The optimum running time of the shaker motor during a single startup is 10-15 seconds, and the maximum is 30 seconds.The RAFA Mini filter is available in different versions, allowing you to match specific needs and working conditions. The standard version operates within an operating overpressure range of 2,000 Pa and temperatures of -10°C to +80°C for the gas to be dusted and -10°C to +40°C ambient.This compact dust collector provides efficient and reliable air cleaning, helping to maintain cleanliness in workplaces where dust and pollutants are generated.
