The new units, which operate on modern refrigerants, reach higher temperatures than previous models. They can reach a constant temperature of 100 - 105°C.This requires a special insulation coating to cope with such high parameters. TIVENTO uses only TIVENTO FLEX cross-linked polyethylene foam to insulate its copper pipes. Refrigeration pipes insulated in this way can resist a constant temperature of 120°C.Applications:Air conditioning systems,refrigeration,Heat pumps,VRF systems.CHARacteristics of insulation:TIVENTO FLEX is a closed-cell polyethylene foam. In the physical process, the polyethylene molecules were cross-linked, this means that the number of connections between individual molecules is much higher than is the case with material with physically non-cross-linked molecules. Because of this special cell structure, the insulation is very strong and retains its shape longer. When exposed to loads, it absorbs energy and quickly returns to its original shape.
