EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC PULSE W LCD +cooler, cart
Technical parameters EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC PULSE W is a portable power source, made with IGBT technology, designed for TIG and TIG PULS welding with alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), and MMA welding with direct current (DC). The small size and weight make the device ideal for both workshop and field work. The device has the following welding modes: TIG DC, TIG DC PULS, TIG AC, TIG AC PULS, TIG POINT, MULTITACK, TIG MIX, TIG 2-LEVEL, MMA AC, MMA DC MMA PULS. TIG DC and TIG DC PULS function is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, copper and titanium. TIG AC and TIG AC PULS function: allows welding of aluminum and its alloys and brass. TIG 2-LEVEL function: the "2-level" current control allows switching between higher and lower current levels by successive presses of a button on the welding handle. TIG POINT function: allows you to tack thin materials. MULTITACK function - intermittent welding, a function that allows so-called "cold welding"; weld frequency adjustment in the range of 0.5÷6.0Hz TIG MIX function: is a special TIG welding method of combining direct and alternating current, enables full fusion and effective cleaning when welding aluminum. By adjusting the parameters of TIG PULS pulse welding, we can influence the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulsed welding also reduces the amount of heat delivered to the material and is applicable when welding thin materials. Arc ignition occurs in either non-contact (HF) or contact (LIFT) mode. The LIFT function is used when welding in environments with a high risk of being affected by electromagnetic interference. With both HF contactless and LIFT touch ignition, we have the option to choose the function of the button in the TIG handle between 2-takt or 4-takt operation (button lock for long welds). The device has 10 user program record locations for welding programs. The LCD display makes it easy to adjust the parameters of the welder: initial shielding gas flow initial current current rise time welding current base current current falling time final current shielding gas final flow pulse width pulse frequency AC balance AC frequency HOT START value ARC FORCE value From the control panel we can select the AC voltage curve : TIG AC - rectangular voltage waveform TIG AC - triangular voltage waveform TIG AC - sinusoidal voltage waveform In addition, the MultiWAVE function allows you to set a characteristic consisting of two curves. The welder also has functions to facilitate the process of MMA welding with covered electrode: ARC FORCE: short-circuit current control (manual) - facilitates the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the welded material, preventing extinguishment of the arc when the electrode droplet comes into contact with the welding pool HOT START: hot start control (manual) - facilitates electrode ignition by providing more welding current each time the arc is struck. ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically shuts off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the material to be welded, making it easier to detach the electrode and preventing an accidental welding arc. Physical parameters The device has a cooler which definitely increases its efficiency and protects against overheating of the handle. The quick-connect gas connection to the welding gun allows you to instantly connect and disconnect the welding gun without tools. The device is equipped with overload protection, which increases its reliability. Power supply parameters Single-phase power supply 230 V. The device is equipped with a power plug. Equipment Delivery includes the device with a set of TIG and MMA accessories: a TIG 18 welding chuck with remote adjustment with a length of 4 meters, an MMA electrode cable with a length of 3m, a mass cable with a length of 3m, a tilting cart and a cooler.
