CAD geometry creation With SYMplus plusCARE â"¢ you can graphically program workpieces with unprecedented speed and ease, even if the drawing is not dimensioned according to NC requirements. Alternatively, you can use CAD contours from DXF. CAM - creating a work plan Machining is also defined graphically using pictograms. It is very easy to compare production strategies and thus optimize machining. Time calculation helps with the calculations. Here, residual material detection applies to the entire process, the semi-finished part is tracked continuously. The 2D simulation shows many details such as the oversize and the cutting path of each individual milling path. Here you can also "take" control actions (not shown). 3D simulation gives the best overview of machining. The actual NC program can be generated with a few clicks and transferred to the control, e.g. via USB memory stick.
