SEMI-AUTOMATIC WELDING MACHINE TRAFIMIG 200 POCKET SYNERGY TRAFIMIG MIG 200 POCKED is a compact semi-automatic welding machine made with IGBT inverter technology. It welds with a maximum current of up to 200A in 60% duty cycle. It gives the ability to weld materials up to 10mm thick. The device is powered by single-phase 230V mains. Features: IGBT - the welder uses modern transistors, a solution that ensures a minimum of electromagnetic interference low power loss in the primary circuits, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the current source. FLUX (gas-free welding) - arc welding with powdered wire, requiring no gas cylinder. We use self-shielded wire, which is filled with flux or a chemical substance that produces protective gases during welding. SYNERGY - this is a modern microprocessor control that self-selects the working parameters depending on the type and thickness of the elements to be welded. Each type of material, i.e.; black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. is characterized by an individual relationship between welding voltage and wire feed. Fully synergistic welders with precise adjustment every 0.1 mm of material thickness, provide savings in time and material consumption. LED display - mulit functional display of operating parameters.
