ÖWAMAT® 10 oil/water separator

Safe separation, efficient processing For treatment, the oil-containing condensate first passes under pressure to the overpressure chamber. There, the overpressure is reduced without causing turbulence in the next separation tank for free oil separation. The transferred coarse dirt particles are retained in a removable tank. In the separation tank, the oil settles by gravity separation and is discharged into an overflow-proof oil capture tank (version available on request). The filter makes the difference: The pre-cleaned condensate flows through an oleophilic pre-filter, which has a large active filter surface. Flowing from the inside out, it binds the remaining oil droplets and also absorbs residual oil floating in the filter chamber. In the OEKOSORB main filter with cartridge technology, the last oil components are reliably retained. What remains is water that can be directly discharged into the sewer system.
