VIBRA SHOCK ANTI-VIBRATION WORKING HANDGUNS FULL DESCRIPTIONAnti-Vibration Glove Anti-Vibration Glove on a seamless insert in the grip area coated with chloroprene. Recommended for use in operating impact equipment in dry environments where hand protection against mechanical impact and vibration is required. EN ISO 10819:2013 (TRM = 0.865; TRH = 0.598) EN 388:2003 - 4142 TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION : have CE certificate of conformity Antivibration Gloves . Gloves to protect against the onset of vibration sickness (read what effect vibrations have on the human body). Material: knitted fabric Active part: Chloroprene layer on the palm and fingers. Thoughtful design, good quality workmanship and materials used ensure effectiveness and comfort of use Gloves fit well to the hand. The knitted fabric provides breathability and sweat absorption. Ergonomically shaped chloroprene layer provides effective vibration dampening and good grip. Certification to the standard provides a guarantee of mechanical durability in harsh working conditions. Application: - pneumatically, hydraulically or electrically driven hand impact tools (pneumatic hammers, moulding compound and concrete rammers, riveters, impact drills, impact wrenches, etc.) - electrically or combustion powered hand rotary tools (drills, grinders, chainsaws, etc.).) - hand-operated control levers of machines and vehicles - technological sources (e.g., workpieces held in the hands ub guided by hand in grinding, honing, polishing processes, etc.). Mechanical vibrations transmitted to the hands of operators from various hand-held or hand-guided tools can lead to permanent lesions in the body, known as vibration syndrome. Epidemiological studies have shown a close causal relationship between the occurrence of vibration syndrome symptoms in workers and working conditions, so vibration syndrome has been recognized as an occupational disease in many countries, including Poland. According to the Analysisof the Structure and Incidence of Occupational Diseases of Workers in the National Economy in Poland in 1998, obtained from the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare and compiled by the Institute of Labor Medicine in Lodz - in 1998, vibration syndrome accounted for 2.9% of all registered occupational diseases and was ranked 6th on the list of these diseases. According to the same source, the number of people working under the threat of mechanical vibration was about 30,000 in 1998. Given the prevalence of excessive mechanical vibration in the work environment and the resultingeffects, it is necessary to eliminate or at least reduce the danger from the impact of mechanical vibration on workers for both social and economic reasons. One possible way to reduce the transmission of vibrations from the handles or grips of vibrating tools to the hands of operators is to apply damping materials to the tool's handle covers or coatings, or to use anti-vibration gloves when working with the tools. A test stand meeting the requirements of EN ISO 10819 has been set up at the Central Institute for Labor Protection, and research has begun on both gloves sold on the market as anti-vibration, as well as research aimed at finding new, effective solutions.According to the established test procedure, two numerical coefficients characterizing gloves proposed for vibration protection were determined: the corrected vibration transmission coefficient TRM for test signal M (frequency range 32-200 Hz) and the corrected vibration transmission coefficient TRH for test signal H (frequency range 200-l250 Hz). The values of these coefficients determine whether the gloves can be considered anti-vibration or not.Gloves that do not simultaneously meet the following two conditions cannot be considered anti-vibration:1. TRM < 1 (the average value of the glove's corrected vibration transmission coefficient determined for test signal M less than 1) and2. TRH < 0.6 (average value of the glove's corrected vibration transmission coefficient determined for test signal H less than 0.6) manufacturer: CONSORTE SKU 0000004419 ID 287 Category Protective Gloves CONSORTE FULL DESCRIPTION.
