AIR PREPARATION BLOCK 1" 1/4" AIR PREPARATION BLOCK Compressed air inadequately prepared is the most common cause of failure, which can effectively stop production and bring losses. Therefore, air preparation should be properly taken care of in order to obtain air of the right quality, preventing failures and using this ubiquitous medium without problems. The air preparation block is a combination of a filter-reducer and a lubricator. The air in the first phase goes to the filter, is cleaned of particles and a certain amount of water ( but not dried ), and then is enriched with oil mist. The reducer is used to adjust-set the appropriate pressure for the system.
